Our in-house Executive Chef/Proprietor Tad Engstrom has been trained at the New England Culinary Institute, receiving on site experience at some of the top resorts in the US, including Boca Raton, FL. Since moving to Greensboro, he has worked as the sous Chef at 223 South Elm Restaurant and Executive Chef for Sweet Basil's Restaurant. He has recently had the opportunity to work and train with world renowned Chef Wolfgang Puck at his restaurant Spago in Beverly Hills, CA. Our chef has extensive experience in on and off site event catering. In meeting with you, we will customize our menu to you and your special event.
